Shipping Policy

Oak + Ravyn ships within the United States and select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing time does not include transit time. During periods of high demand or product launches, processing times may vary slightly.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Oak + Ravyn is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Oak + Ravyn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Oak + Ravyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@oakravyn.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and, if approved, offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund at our discretion (in alignment with our Returns & Refund Policy). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.  

We currently do not ship to the European Union. If this changes, our policy will be updated.
