Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Final  
Due to the handmade nature and use of natural materials in Oak + Ravyn pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or natural variations in stones (including color, pattern, tone, and inclusions).  

We also do not accept returns for:  
• Wear, damage, or alterations after delivery  
• Sale items or gift cards  
• Requests made outside the stated claim window

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us at contact@oakravyn.com within 7 days of receipt if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.  

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case individually and, if approved, offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges  
We do not offer standard exchanges. For approved damage or fulfillment issues, we may provide a replacement or store credit where possible.

Refunds  
Refunds are issued only for verified damage or fulfillment errors that we approve. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Contact us if you haven’t received it after 15 business days.

International / EU Customers  
We currently do not ship to the European Union. If this changes in the future, our policy will be updated accordingly.
